Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, drive sales results, and mentor a team of associates. You’ll ensure customer service excellence, execute merchandising and operations tasks, and partner with district and regional teams to uphold Burlington SOPs.

You will direct staffing, training, and performance coaching while managing a large budget and fostering a trust-based work environment across the store and its leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing coaching.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget with reporting and record-keeping.
• Partner with merchandising and operations teams on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a world-class shopping experience.
