Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation. You will mentor and coach a team, drive sales, control costs, and partner with district and regional leaders to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

The role requires 5+ years of retail management in a big-box or specialty environment, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational and communication skills. Full-time, on-site position with an associate discount and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of company policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and model Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budget; review reporting and records.
