Job summary

Pandora Store Manager in Carlsbad, CA leads a dynamic team on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance. You will coach Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates and Leads while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming in-store culture.

You will set ambitious targets, analyse KPIs, manage merchandising, scheduling and operations, and partner with HR to address performance issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to connect with people at all levels.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Talent magnet; recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
• Must be 18+ with identity and work eligibility.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays; standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve KPI goals and drive store performance.
• Establish a high‑performance selling environment that exceeds shopper expectations.
• Ensure visual merchandising and operational processes across responsibility areas.
• Partner with HR and divisional managers to address performance issues and policy violations.
