Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy retail team in the United States. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while upholding Pandora’s brand standards.

You will connect with customers, mentor a growing team of assistants and leads, and partner with senior management to meet KPIs. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and a strong focus on brand ambassadorship.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking and delivering results.
• Talent magnet: recruiting, retaining and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team comprising Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Build brand loyalty through product knowledge and engaging customers.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to drive KPI attainment.
• Identify and develop talent, plan succession and internal mobility.
• Collaborate with HR to address performance issues and ensure policy compliance.
