Job summary

TEAM Wireless is seeking a Store Manager in Michigan to lead daily retail operations, coach a high-performing sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at a Verizon Authorized Retailer.

You will be responsible for driving profitability, managing inventory, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining compliance with corporate standards. This full-time role requires relocation within 40 miles of the store and a track record of sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for leading teams and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed store goals.
• Drive store sales and profitability by executing company initiatives and sales strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and cash handling; maintain store standards.
• Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing across operating hours; communicate effectively with staff and leadership.
• Maintain safety, policy compliance, and asset protection across the store.
