TEAM Wireless is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team at a Verizon Authorized Retailer location in Kalamazoo. You will drive sales, coach staff, manage store operations, and deliver exceptional customer service to meet company and Verizon performance goals.

The role requires leading by example, recruiting and developing Sales Representatives, and maintaining operational excellence to ensure a positive customer experience. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for leading teams and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to achieve store goals.
• Drive store sales and profitability by executing company initiatives and sales strategies.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and purchasing to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and productivity.
