Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our flagship retail locations at Mall of America. You will oversee a large, high-performing team, partner with regional leadership, and drive exceptional customer experiences while delivering business results.

In this role you’ll recruit and develop future leaders, foster an inclusive culture, manage inventory, schedules, and payroll, and collaborate on training, visual merchandising, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Experience sourcing and developing top talent.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and operational planning.
• willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to exceed sales goals with welcoming, inclusive experiences.
