Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Store Manager for Mall of America to lead a large, high-performing team in a fast-paced flagship retail environment. You will partner with regional leadership to drive exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and strong business results.

This role emphasizes developing future leaders, recruiting top talent, and delivering on payroll, scheduling, and inventory priorities while maintaining LUSH’s values and store standards.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience managing in a retail environment.
• Experience leading teams through coaching, feedback, development, and performance management.
• Proven experience in successfully sourcing, recruiting and developing top talent.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for training, meetings and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact retail business: Partner with your Assistant Store Manager and Floor Leaders to lead one of LUSH's busiest locations, creating exceptional customer experiences while driving business results.
• Grow as a leader: Develop future retail leaders, strengthen your own leadership skills, and build your career with a company that is committed to promoting from within.
• Expand your influence: Participate in Manager meetings, leadership events, and other opportunities to connect with LUSH leaders across North America.
