Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America Mall of America store seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with regional leadership to drive business results while developing future leaders in a fast-paced retail environment.

As Store Manager, you will manage a large staff through Assistant Store Managers and Floor Leaders, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to growth initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience managing in a retail environment.
Experience leading teams through coaching, feedback, development, and performance management.
Proven experience sourcing, recruiting and developing top talent.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Experience with scheduling, payroll, operational planning, and business reporting.
Flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training, meetings and workshops.

Use KPIs, reporting, and business insights to develop action plans that drive sustainable sales growth.
Build product expertise and coach your team to confidently recommend the best products for every customer.

Leadership & Talent Development

Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
Build a strong leadership team through ongoing coaching, meaningful feedback, and tailored development plans. Share your expertise by supporting the development of other leaders across the business through training, mentorship, and special projects.

What You'll Bring
