Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. You will lead a team on the shop floor, drive sales, deliver world-class customer experiences, and train associates to sustain high performance and brand integrity.

You'll coach, mentor, and motivate your team, while ensuring store standards, DEIB commitment, and efficient cash handling and opening/closing duties, contributing to a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in supervisory coaching, feedback and training.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical commitments.
