Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Store Manager for Mall of America to lead a flagship retail location with a large, high-performing team. You will partner with regional leadership to shape the store’s future while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Store Manager, you will recruit, coach, and develop leaders across the business, manage schedules, KPI reporting, and budgeting to drive sustainable growth. A dynamic, inclusive culture awaits your leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience managing in a retail environment.
• Experience leading teams through coaching, feedback, development, and performance management.
• Proven experience in successfully sourcing, recruiting and developing top talent.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, operational planning, and business reporting.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for training, meetings and workshops.
