Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Ensure seamless store execution with outstanding service and merchandising standards.
• Promote the store membership program to drive loyalty and sales.
• Oversee operations, training, coaching and performance development.
• Drive profitability through effective cost and labor management.
• Manage cash handling and adhere to SOPs, ensuring a safe store environment.
• Liaise with Area/District Manager and HR on employee performance and relations.
• Drive store presence with attractive displays and compliance to guidelines.
• Plan strategically to increase traffic and sales performance.
• Address issues from staff and customers with quick, effective solutions.
