You will lead recruitment, manage scheduling, and ensure sales, service, and product engagement targets are met. You will drive store operations, pricing, inventory, and brand standards while staying informed on product collaborations.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience managing store operations, stock, pricing, and POS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Lead recruitment and staffing efforts for sustained store coverage.
• Drive performance metrics in sales, service, and product engagement.
• Own daily retail operations including POS, stock, pricing, and inventory control.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and stay informed about product collaborations and launches.
• Follow asset protection, shortage prevention, and compliance policies.
