Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 4+ years of retail experience, preferably with Store Manager experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to inspire teams and drive performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences via our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Champion a positive team culture and uphold Crocs core values.
• Lead recruitment and staffing for consistent store coverage.
• Drive sales, service, and product engagement while managing operations.
• Own daily store operations, POS, stock, pricing, markdowns, and cleanliness.
• Delegate tasks to maintain smooth operations and follow up.
• Act as brand ambassador, share product knowledge with customers.
• Adhere to Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and compliance.
