Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for HEYDUDE in a full-time role. You will lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and manage daily operations, including cash handling and inventory control, while upholding brand standards.

You will oversee daily store activities, support the Store Manager, and act as a brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge and promotions to elevate customer connections with HEYDUDE.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience, with preference for prior store leadership roles.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Lead store team to drive sales and support daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock room management, pricing, markdowns, loyalty promotions, and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate tasks across teams with Store Manager for smooth daily execution and timely completion.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and collaborations.
• Adhere to HEYDUDE policies, asset protection, shortage prevention, and inventory controls.
