Crocs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the HEYDUDE brand in a full-time role. You’ll lead the store team, drive sales, and support daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and store readiness. Experience in retail leadership and a flexible schedule are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs, Inc values.
• Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams for smooth execution.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, sharing knowledge with consumers.
• Adhere to HEYDUDE policies including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
• Model best practices and partner with Store Management to drive sales performance and KPI achievement.
