Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Foley, AL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for HEYDUDE to lead a store team and drive sales while managing daily operations and customer service. You will open/close, handle cash, maintain store readiness, and ensure brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience; preference for prior store leadership.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record inspiring teams and driving performance.
• Valid driver’s license may be required if driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Foster a positive team culture with feedback and collaboration.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock room, pricing, markdowns and loyalty promotions.
• Coordinate tasks with Store Manager to ensure timely completion.
• Act as brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to all policies including Asset Protection and inventory controls.
