Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a retail associate to deliver outstanding consumer experiences across our stores, with emphasis on HEYDUDE product knowledge and brand initiatives.

You will assist in POS operations, merchandising, and inventory control while contributing to a positive team culture and strong customer engagement. The role requires 18+ years old, 2–3 years retail experience (prefer leadership background), and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 2–3 years of retail experience (prefer candidates with prior store leadership)
• Flexibility in schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing feedback and concerns while upholding core values
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations
• Lead on the sales floor and work with Store Management to meet/exceed sales goals
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely follow-up
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying updated on product collaborations and launches
• Adhere to HEYDUDE policies, including asset protection, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
