Party Teller is seeking an energetic Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Gilroy, CA.

You will recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop staff; maintain merchandising standards; drive sales growth; and ensure a safe, organized, profitable store. This is a leadership role with growth opportunities within our growing specialty retail brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve operations.
