Job summary

Party Teller is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager in San Jose. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, leadership development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Passions for retail leadership and team growth will help drive performance across sales, merchandising, and service.

You will lead on the floor, coach staff, manage schedules, and help ensure stock, promotions, and a safe, clean store environment. This role offers growth into store management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience, including supervisory or lead roles.
• Strong customer service, sales skills, and communication.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team; partner with Store Manager to-guide operations.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Drive sales growth and monitor key performance indicators.
• Ensure a welcoming, customer-focused in-store environment.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and training.
• Support opening/closing, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Ops on store priorities.
