• Lead and coach a team of Apparel & Accessories consultants to meet brand standards.
• Oversee floor sets, merchandising and pricing to support sales goals.
• Model and enforce safety culture and security procedures.
• Plan workloads with direct leader to ensure store priorities are met and goals achieved.
