Job summary

Party Teller is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager in Redwood City to support daily store operations, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain standards, and lead a high-performing team on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates, fostering a customer-focused team.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Monitor KPIs and drive sales growth and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-stocked store environment.
