Salon Service Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Murfreesboro, TN location. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain merchandising and operations standards.

The role requires coaching, recruiting, and developing Associates, managing daily store activities, and communicating with leadership to meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Previous sales management experience is required.
• Familiarity with inventory management and retail operations.
