Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced Store Managers to lead a Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program.
