Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to relocate or supervise additional stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team, including Asst. Store Manager and Shift Leads.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Promote store membership program to build customer loyalty.
• Manage labor, inventory, and store expenses.
• Ensure cash handling and compliance with SOPs.
• Drive sales performance and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates and managers.
• Maintain store standards and visual displays.
