Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver world-class customer experiences in our California store. You will drive sales, manage operations, and promote our membership program while maintaining store standards and profitability.

You will lead a dynamic team, recruit and develop talent, and ensure compliance with policies. Strong leadership and communication are required, with a proven retail management background.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores.
• Travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Uphold the mission and core values of Miniso in every aspect of your role.
• Ensure seamless store execution: outstanding customer service, merchandising, SOP adherence, and driving sales.
• Promote the membership program to foster loyalty and boost sales.
• Oversee all store operations and overall performance to develop employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, and mentoring the team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent and create career paths for staff and managers.
• Drive profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
• Manage cash-handling tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Serve as liaison with Area/District Manager and HR regarding performance and relations.
• Operate computers/printers, manage schedules, and keep store clean and organized.
• Drive a welcoming store atmosphere and ensure displays align with guidelines.
• Champion business growth through strategic planning to boost presence and traffic.
• Address issues from staff and customers with quick, effective solutions.
