Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Store Manager in Colorado who leads a vibrant retail team, delivering a world-class shopping experience and driving sales through outstanding service and merchandising excellence.

You will manage daily operations, labor, inventory, and membership program growth while maintaining store standards, visual presentation, and a safe, inviting environment for customers and associates alike; relocation/travel may be required to support expansion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years in retail management leading teams.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or manage multiple stores.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including ASM, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Uphold Miniso's mission and values in all activities.
• Ensure store execution with outstanding service, merchandising standards, and sales.
• Promote and grow the store's membership program and loyalty.
• Oversee operations, performance, and staff development.
• Meet sales goals through training, motivation, and feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with career development paths.
• Control expenses and drive profitability while maintaining standards.
• Manage cash handling and adherence to SOPs; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
• Oversee scheduling, cleanliness, and organization.
• Drive inviting store atmosphere; ensure visual displays align with guidelines.
• Support strategic planning to increase traffic and sales.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive environment.
