Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as part of our General Manager development path.

There will be a 12+ week leadership training program, with progression to GM upon successful completion of evaluations and GO100 certification, enabling ongoing career

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
Lead and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet business objectives.
Participate in a leadership training path with progression towards General Manager.
