Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in management in retail/food service or customer-facing roles.
• Leadership: coach who motivates teams and leads by example.
• Operational know-how: inventory, scheduling, cash handling, vendor relations.
• Tech: comfortable with POS systems and basic software including Word/Excel/Email.
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations including staffing, inventory, and financial performance.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team reflecting our values.
• Foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
• Build relationships with vendors, customers, and the local community.
• Monitor KPIs and implement growth strategies.
