Job summary

Casey’s Store Manager position leads a store team to deliver friendly guest service, drive sales, and maintain Casey's standards of quality and safety. You’ll mentor team members, manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere guests expect from Casey's.

You will partner with district leadership, execute strategic initiatives, and coach your staff through training and development.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Clear communication and prioritization for performance.
• Commitment to store-level leadership and guest service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members; coach and mentor your team.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and orders; protect company assets.
• Collaborate with District Manager on Store Action Plans and KPI-driven decisions.
• Attend trainings and ensure team members complete required courses.
