Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue growth.
• Account Management: oversee collections, follow up on accounts, provide leadership and training on procedures.
• Leadership: manage profits, ensure policy compliance, control inventory, pricing, cash handling, and store security.
• Coworker Management: train, schedule, recruit/hire, and enhance customer service performance.
