Rent-A-Center in the United States is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead daily store operations, set sales goals, manage deposits and inventory, and drive customer service.

The role requires 3–5 years retail/management experience, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule and weekly pay, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record – you will be driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue growth.
• Account Management: oversee collections, follow-up on accounts, provide leadership and training on procedures.
• Leadership: manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, oversee inventory, pricing, cash handling.
• Coworker Management: train and develop staff, schedule, recruit, hire, and improve customer service.
