Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee coworkers' sales activities.
• Account Management: Oversee collections and approve customer commitments; provide leadership and training for procedures.
• Leadership: Monitor profits, manage assets, inventory, pricing, and cash handling.
• Co-worker Management: Train, schedule, hire, and retain coworkers; ensure exceptional customer service.
