Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead sales and operations while driving revenue growth. You will oversee store staff, approve rentals, and coach teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

Formación

• 3 - 5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record - You WILL be driving the company vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals related to store sales activities, oversee coworkers' sales activities and monitor revenue growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collections and approve customer commitments while training staff on procedures.
• Leadership: Monitor profits, manage expenses, inventory, pricing and store assets to protect the business.
• Coworker Management: Train, schedule and hire staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
