The role involves overseeing daily operations, executing corporate directives, and driving store profitability. This is a full-time position at a Dollar Tree location with growth potential and opportunities for quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must lift 30 to 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent movement and lifting, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates.
• Foster growth and development through training on operations and merchandising, coaching as needed.
• Oversee and delegate store activities for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.

• Maintain high level of customer service across the store.
