Qualifications

Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus preferred.
Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment required.
Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks as needed.
