Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn profitable store operations, merchandising, and display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers. The role includes recruiting, training, and leading associates while ensuring compliance and driving store profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve our customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising while coaching and correcting when appropriate.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters.
• Help your store reach its maximum profit contribution.
• Protect company assets.
• Maintain a high level of customer service across the store.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
