Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn profitable store operations, maintain merchandising standards, signage, and inviting displays. You will recruit and coach associates, oversee daily activities, and implement directives from headquarters to maximize profit while protecting assets.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. A quarterly bonus is possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Develop associates through training on operations and merchandising while coaching as needed.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; enforce procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Translate corporate directions into store operations and merchandising.
