Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shadows Store Manager at opening/closing shifts and learns supervision of store operations.
• Learns to supervise merchandising tasks, including sets, resets, and promotions.
• Supports loss prevention programs and maintains price accuracy through audits and reports.
• Analyzes inventory trends and oversees receiving, pricing, and restocking processes.
• Ensures compliance with all laws and company policies in front-end and pharmacy operations.
