Qualifications

• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead store functions (front-end and pharmacy).
• Shadow Store Manager in opening/closing shifts and task delegation.
• Support store operations and drive customer experience and service quality.
• Develop in-store merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention understanding.
• Participate in training rotations across area stores to meet development goals.
