Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of retail management experience.
• Or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to learn front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Assist in opening/closing shifts and delegating tasks.
• Monitor customer service and coach team for improvements.
• Analyze store performance and develop action plans to grow sales.
• Learns and uses compliance SOPs and Walgreens systems.
