• Shadow and assist Store Manager to oversee front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Learn and apply SOPs, compliance, inventory and loss prevention practices.
• Participate in rotations across departments to build readiness for Store Manager role.
• Support leadership development and coaching for store team members.
