Job summary

Walgreens is seeking candidates for an accelerated Store Manager development track designed to learn Walgreens’ operations and lead a one-box full-store operation across front-end and pharmacy.

Under the Store Manager's direction, you will oversee store operations, shadow and assist in leading the store journey, and complete required rotations and trainings to achieve readiness for permanent assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or high school diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer within Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager and assist in leading store operations.
• Learn SOPs across front-end and pharmacy.
• Participate in performance management and store initiatives.
• Attend critical communication sessions and community events.
