Job summary

The Home Depot in Tilton, NH is offering a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) program designed to develop hands-on leadership across garden, hardware, lumber, and more. Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Knowledge of retail operations and safety policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

15% - Customer Experience: supervise associates, drive customer service, and resolve concerns promptly.
10% - Operations Management: open/close MOD, follow SOPs, ensure policy compliance, reduce shrink.
10% - Safety: follow safety and hazmat guidelines.
15% - Sales and Productivity: plan merchandise placement and stock integrity, manage equipment and daily operations.
50% - Training and Preparing for Assistant Manager Position: participate in structured training covering operations, customer service, profitability, and policy adherence.
