Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) in New Hampshire. You will gain hands-on experience across merchandising departments and mentor teams while developing leadership skills under the Store Manager and ASMs.

During a structured training period, you will learn to drive sales, manage stock, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of work experience; 3 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in selling effort and drive customer service and engagement.
• Manage opening/closing MOD and store-wide responsibilities; enforce SOPs and safety practices.
• Ensure safety and hazmat procedures are followed by self and team.
• Plan merchandise placement, signing, and inventory control with key partners; learn store systems and daily financial operations.
• Participate in a structured training program covering store management responsibilities and leadership development.
