You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, and work with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills for future Store Manager roles. You may train teammates, lead initiatives in store operations, and step in as Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to train and lead teammates.
• Experience with merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and guest service aligned with Buckle standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing teammates.
• Manage visual merchandising and product displays.
• Support store operations and loss-prevention practices.
• Act as Store Manager in absence and assist with leadership duties.
