Qualifications

• Reads and interprets documents such as procedures and safety rules.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including deposits and cashier accountability.
• Understanding inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Familiarity with recruiting, hiring, and compliance processes.
• Strong oral and written communication; interpersonal skills.
• Some locations may prefer bilingual Spanish speakers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and proper pricing and display.
• Help manage inventory, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide strong customer service leadership and role model company policies.
• Support opening and closing store activities and cash controls.
• Ensure safe deposit of funds and maintenance of safe and secure operations.
• Monitor operating statements for trends and opportunities for cost control.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation on time.
