Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to assist the Store Manager in implementing store processes. You will supervise staff, help with staffing, inventory management, stocking and receiving, and related paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years leadership/managerial experience in retail or grocery.
• Experience in store operations, merchandising and customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support in store merchandising and stock management.
• Assist with inventory control, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Ensure in-stock targets are met and provide strong customer service leadership.
