You will supervise store teams, assist in hiring, train new staff, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining operational efficiency and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure safety compliance and that staff are properly trained.
• Make sales calls and conduct weekly customer calls as needed.
• Oversee delivery fleet maintenance, scheduling, and payroll entry.
• Monitor gross profit components, returns, and price overrides.
• Review KPI dashboards and monthly P&L with store manager.
