Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future store leaders through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training track. Virtual and hands-on experiences will help you grow with guidance from a District Leader, HR BP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory management to drive store profitability.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree required or in progress.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the store team through the SMIT program.
• Support leadership development as part of the training path.
• Adapt scheduling to business needs and promote CVS values.
